Google Play policies require personal developer accounts to run closed testing with at least 20 active testers for a minimum of 14 consecutive days before an app can be published publicly on production. By participating, you help DG-78 Studio test stability, squash bugs, and meet Google's quality and policy benchmarks.

Google Play Console manages tester access via Google accounts. In order to download the private beta build directly from the official Google Play Store, your account must be added to our authorized testers whitelist or Google Group.

1. Click the Google Play opt-in link sent to your email.
2. Download the app from the Google Play Store on your Android device.
3. Keep the app installed for at least 14 days.
4. Open and use the app regularly, and send feedback or crash reports if you encounter any bugs.

You can submit feedback directly through the Google Play Store beta feedback channel (which does not affect public ratings), via the in-app feedback button, or by emailing us directly at support@dg78studio.com.

Our applications follow strict data minimization. All data transmissions utilize TLS 1.3 encryption, we never sell user data to data brokers or advertising networks, and every collected data point is explicitly documented in our Privacy Policy and Google Play Data Safety declaration.

In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion mandate, you can submit a deletion request at any time without reinstalling the app via our dedicated Account & Data Deletion Portal. Requests are permanently processed within 30 days.

Yes. Our applications are designed for general audiences aged 13 and older and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our apps target Android 14 and Android 15 while maintaining backwards compatibility with Android 9.0 (API Level 28) and newer. This covers over 95% of active Android devices worldwide.

Yes! Our apps are designed with responsive layouts so they look great and work smoothly across standard Android phones, foldables, and tablets.

No. Our apps run on standard Android devices out of the box and do not require root access, custom ROMs, or unnecessary permissions.
