Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile applications, services, or websites operated by DG-78 Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or participating in the closed beta testing of any DG-78 Studio software distributed via the Google Play Store or GitHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use our software.

2. Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DG-78 Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the applications solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, design patents, source code, visual interfaces, graphics, brand crests (including the DG-78 Studio neural circuit emblem), and software architectures are the exclusive intellectual property of DG-78 Studio. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from our APK/AAB builds (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, watermarks, or trademark identifiers.
• Distribute, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any DG-78 Studio proprietary assets without explicit written consent.

4. Closed Beta Testing Participation

If you participate in our Google Play Closed Beta testing track:

• Beta software is experimental and provided "AS IS" for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes.
• You acknowledge that pre-release builds may contain bugs, defects, or experience unexpected behavior.
• You agree to keep non-public beta features, unreleased UI designs, and internal documentation confidential unless explicit authorization is granted by DG-78 Studio.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DG-78 STUDIO APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DG-78 STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) OUR APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You may terminate your relationship with DG-78 Studio at any time by uninstalling our applications and requesting account erasure via our Account & Data Deletion Portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate tester access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DG-78 Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
